Press from front of fabric for 15 to 30 seconds on medium pressure at 300 degrees using a cover of parchment paper. Turn inside out and press again from the back side to insure good adhesion. You will need to use enough pressure to compensate for the embroidery adding height to the patch. Once patch is applied wait 24 hours and machine wash on delicate, cold water inside out and hang or lay flat to dry.
